Early check in with a charge is possible. There is also half day rate for super late check out at 10pm. Bathroom is spacious. Plenty of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants nearby

5-10 mins walk from the train station. Very helpful staff at check in. Busy neighbourhood with restaurants, department stores etc. It's a fairly new budget hotel that has everything most will need.

- Very comfortable hotel close enough to Sannomiya Station to act as a base for travel - Nearby restaurants and convenience stores were nice - It was a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly

Spacious room (upgraded by Booking) enabling worktime and family time. comfortable bed, big tv screen, seating area, laundry facility, location, amenities. It was always a dilemma when choosing the best room in a 3 star hotel or normal room in a 4 star hotel (or higher), glad we picked the former this time!

Like all other Daiwa Roynet Hotels I’ve stayed in, they never fail when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. Good location, visited Chinatown and I enjoyed the spectacular Kobe Beef at Wakkoqu! (both within walking distance) 😆
